Theresa Tom, the founder, the floral designer, catering director, and event planner of Blossom SF. She received a bachelor of sciences degree in Applied Mathematics at UC Davis and attended the Le Cordon Bleu Program at the California Culinary Academy. Through her culinary passion, she explored tastes in different cuisines and developed skills in food decoration and cooking. Her specialty, involves creating savory dishes, food decoration, catering food suited for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, bridals, and baby parties. She loves to use her creativity with food to touch her clients' hearts. 

 

Concurrently with her culinary experience, she has 20+ years in experience in event planning and 10 years with floral designing. She seeks to design each floral arrangement with care and love. What is her style? She loves to order and blend flowers according to its natural color and texture to suit the theme. Theresa's utimate goal is to customize her arrangements and to translate her client's vision and personality into a masterpiece.
